Dr. Garrett Christensen was born in San Diego, CA on November 18th, 1981. He grew up with a supportive family, playing sports, working hard and learning life skills. As a child he loved doing anything active, including martial arts, skate boarding, wake boarding water skiing, snow boarding, snow skiing, boogie boarding, roller blading, soccer, football, baseball, basketball, shooting, hunting, fishing, hiking, running, swimming and biking.

He married his sweetheart Holly in August of 2007 and now has two daughters and a son. His family is the most important thing to him under his love of God and his faith in Jesus Christ.

His passion for health and the human body began with studying martial arts and bio mechanics which lead him into various fields of health and healing. He studied massage therapy at Healing Hands of Holistic Health in San Diego and from there worked closely with other advanced therapists and chiropractors. He dabbled with many career choices and apprenticed in roofing, flooring, painting, restoration and repair, and personal training. He even became a certified snowboarding instructor.

Eventually his love of others and his desire to help them feel and operate at their best led him into pursuing a career in chiropractic medicine. He graduated from Northwester Health and Science University in Minneapolis MN on Nov 18, 2011. Since then he has served the people of Alaska working in the city of Wasilla.
